In the golden light of an Alentejo sunset, I joined Chef João Narigueta and his team in nature, near Montemor-o-Novo. It was a true farm-to-table experience. The chef cooking outdoors, and the team gathered around and having fun with the portraits. Earlier, I photographed the restaurant Poda itself and the dishes from its menu: each one a celebration of local and fresh products. What stayed with me was the mix of landscape, people, and flavors, the perfect reflection of Poda’s philosophy.
